Killer Veggies


  • 2 Tbls Killer Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbls chopped garlic
  • 4 cups of your favorite veggies.

Combine Killer Seasoning, vinegar, oil and garlic into a zesty marinate. Add chopped veggies to a large ziplock back of sealed container. Cover with marinate, making sure every piece is coated. Let sit in fridge overnight, then take at 375 F for 30 minutes.

Try mixes of bell peppers, onion, zucchini, baby potatoes, cabbage, portobellos, asparagus, or sweet potatoes. Grill hot and fast. Serve hot or cold.
