Rub meat prior to cooking with Killer Seasoning, then grill or sauté in pan until brown.Try it on cheaper cuts of meat, like London Broil or Chuck Roast. For great flavor and more tender meat, let it meat marinate with dry rub overnight.
Add it to chicken brine. Make a brine with 2 quarts of water, 1/3 cup salt, and a 1/4 cup of Killer Seasoning. Let chicken or turkey marinate in brine at least 12 hours. Pat dry and cook.
